For other insurances: I am an Out-of-Network provider and can provide you with a medical receipt for reimbursement purposes. Not all insurances have out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance to ask about these benefits.
Reduced fees options are available in order to make these services more accessible, especially to marginalized populations. I am committed to working with you to find a rate that works for your circumstances. Please know that I have limited reduced fee slots. The lowest rate is $125-$165. Please inquire during the consultation.
Individual Therapy:
Individual sessions are offered to folks ages 16+ both virtually and in-person. I can also offer outdoor therapy that encourages connection with pachamama.
I co-create therapeutic relationships based on mutual respect and collaboration. My approach is organic, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive and incorporates intuitive work. I believe that each person has an intrinsic drive to heal. Our work together will be tailored to your specific needs. The frequency in which we meet will be up to you.
Couples/Family and Relational Work:
Relational work is offered to a maximum of 3 family members at once. My intention is to facilitate conversations through a transformative justice lens and exploration of our nervous systems.
Transformative justice is a political framework and approach for responding to violence, harm and abuse. It seeks to respond to violence without creating and/or engaging in harm reduction to lessen the violence. This is an abolitionist framework that understands systems such as prisons, police and I.C.E as sites where enormous amounts of violence take place and as systems that were created to be inherently violent in order to maintain social control.

Immigration Evaluations:
There are a variety of reasons and scenarios when immigration evaluations are needed.
I provide immigration psychological evaluations services for individuals, attorneys, immigrant rights organizations and nonprofits.
My intention is to provide a time-efficient yet professionally thorough mental health assessment that can be utilized by courts and private attorneys. The evaluations usually consist of two-to-three meetings. I typically send reports to attorneys (or directly to clients, when applicable) within 10-15 business days after meeting with clients.

Brainspotting is a neuro-experiential, relational, brain-body and effective mindfulness-based treatment. It can be a way to heal the brain and the body by tapping into the body’s natural self-scanning and self-healing ability. Brainspotting can access the deeper places within the brain quicker and more effectively than traditional talk therapies. Brainspotting can help process trauma, improve emotions, reduce pain, and more.
Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally focusing on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. Mindfulness is a state of awareness, noticing what is happening in a given moment and how it is impacting you. Mindfulness can help slow down racing thoughts, calm both mind and body.
IFS believes that we are all made up of several parts including emotions, thoughts, energy, physical sensations, memories and flashbacks living within us. While there might be infinite parts of you, there are 3 main ones called managers, firefighters and inner child parts. IFS is a non-pathologizing evidence-based approach that allows us to understand personal and intimate relationships.
Somatics describes any practice that uses the mind,body and spirit connection that helps to listen to body signals about areas of pain, discomfort and imbalance. The intention of somatic therapy is to help individuals notice the physical responses brought up by memories of traumatic experiences. This therapy aims to help release how a physical body holds on to stress, tension and trauma.
