Brainspotting

This is the heading

Brainspotting is a neuro-experiential, relational, brain-body and effective mindfulness-based treatment. It can be a way to heal the brain and the body by tapping into the body’s natural self-scanning and self-healing ability. Brainspotting can access the deeper places within the brain quicker and more effectively than traditional talk therapies. Brainspotting can help process trauma, improve emotions, reduce pain, and more.

Mindfulness Practice

This is the heading

Mindfulness is the practice of intentionally focusing on the present moment and accepting it without judgment. Mindfulness is a state of awareness, noticing what is happening in a given moment and how it is impacting you. Mindfulness can help slow down racing thoughts, calm both mind and body.

Somatic Based Practices

Somatics describes any practice that uses the mind, body and spirit connection that helps to listen to body signals about areas of pain, discomfort and imbalance.
